I’ve learned that every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.

We believe that Massage Therapy is an integral part of a holistic approach to one's overall health and wellbeing. Touch is vital to everyone and has proven beneficial to babies in their development. When touch is neglected or taken away, it can cause detrimental health effects.
The Statistics
Massage Therapy is a healing touch that is available to everyone. Over 35 million adult Americans (16 percent) had a massage from 2012-2013 (July 2013 statistics from AMTA Report). Almost half of these were for health reasons such as pain management, soreness/stiffness/spasms, injury rehabilitation, or overall wellness. The majority (88%) of these people report a benefit in reducing pain and doctors are increasingly recommending massage therapy for their clients who inquire about it.
On-site corporate massages can increase work productivity. Massage is not just a feel-good perk for your employees. Research shows both physical and mental health benefits, such as reduced heart rate, lower blood pressure, and increased overall well-being. Massage enhances alertness and increases employee productivity. Forward-thinking companies know it can be a cost-effective strategy to lower employee turnover and improve performance.
In a year-long research study done at 3M in Austin, Texas, employees reported an immediate reduction of stress following an on-site chair massage. In a survey of the employees who received massage:

Our Therapists
Co-Founder and Massage Therapist, Charlotte Van Noordt, personally selects all of our therapists for their technical massage abilities, their qualifications and for their proven track record with working in corporate settings. Charlotte comes from a military and corporate background and knows how it is to work in stressful, fast-paced environments. She also holds over 1,000 hours of massage training and over six years of massage experience. That’s why she ensures all therapists look professional and keep to their massage times while connecting with each client, making the experience personal and healing. We maintain a rigorous interview process that requires each therapist to adhere to state and local licensing requirements and to carry a minimum of $2M Limited Liability Insurance. CVN Workplace Solutions holds the above insurance as well as Professional Liability Insurance of $1 million. Our therapists are highly trained and adapt to any environment, focusing on the needs of the client at hand and their individual sensitivities. They are adept at relieving physical and mental stress within the body that is brought on by a multitude of reasons (i.e., posture, repetitive motion, sports).
What To Expect During And After
The length of a massage session ranges from 5 to 30 minutes or longer. If doing a large quantity of clients, we recommend 15 minute sessions with 5 minute break/transition time in-between sessions. During shorter sessions, the therapist will focus on relieving muscle tension in a location of the body designated by the client or will focus on overall relaxation. Longer sessions allow more time to be spent on one specific area or to complete a full body massage. A 30 minute session or longer allows the massage therapist to do in-depth work on your body (i.e., neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, legs) and address any specific areas of concern.
Individuals ~ Please know that massage can leave you feeling a little sore for one to three days following your session. This is normal and you should drink lots of water to give your body the needed liquid oxygen it craves. This will also flush out any toxins that have been released as a result of the massage resulting in a newer more VIBRANT YOU! There should never be extreme pain during your massage and if you feel uncomfortable for ANY reason, please speak up right away. The pressure of touch during a massage can be adjusted at anytime.
Group Settings ~ Only have one location where for your entire staff to receive their massages? No problem. We’ve done this before with GREAT success stories! We have repeatedly been asked by employees to come back monthly to help relieve their stress and make their day better as well as by employers to help their employees de-stress. With minimal costs to the employer, this is a WIN WIN for both sides!
On-site massage does not require a special room and can be offered in a space as little as 5′ x 5′. The massage therapist routinely cleans and disinfects the massage equipment after each session. For groups, whether you have a large, one-room facility where we locate multiple massage tables and chairs or you have multiple private rooms for us to set up or we are located outside... We are flexible and mold ourselves to your culture and environment. We come fully prepared with our therapists, tables, chairs, massage accessories, music and ambience.
